This Tr.C.M.P is filed under the provisions of Section 24 of C.P.C seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.124 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Kadapa to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet. The said petition could have been filed before the District Judge as the Principal District Judge has authority and power to transfer as per the judgment of this Court.
