Heard Ms. Kiranmayee, learned counsel representing Mr. K. Ramamohan-

learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Ms. P. Radhika, learned standing

counsel appearing for the respondent.

Ms. Kiranmayee, learned counsel, submits that she has been instructed not to

press the appeal. She also submits that Mr. K. Ramamohan, learned counsel for

the appellant, had addressed an undated letter (issued in the month of August,

2021) to the Registrar (Judicial) along with a letter submitted by the appellant for

withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as

to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed.
