For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, filing of certified copy of Judgment in C.C.No.562 of 2011 is dispensed with for the present.

The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/Appellant alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (for Prohibition & Excise), Kurnool, Kurnool District.
