This petition is filed to dispense with filing of certified copy of Judgment in C.C.No.247 of 2018.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, filing of certified copy of Judgment in C.C.No.247 of 2018 is dispensed with for the present.

The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/Appellant alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa.
