           THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.VENKATA RAMANA

                  SECOND APPEAL No.1484 of 2011

JUDGMENT:

In view of the memo filed on behalf of the appellants and

on hearing Sri P.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the

appellant, permission is granted to withdraw the second appeal,

since it is represented that parties have entered into compromise

outside the court.

2. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall

stand closed.

4. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
