                     Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submits
               that the agreement had been interpolated and prayer for
               specific performance was denied. She further submits that
               during mediation a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- has been repaid.

                     In view of the aforesaid, there shall be ad interim stay
               of the judgment and decree dated 31.12.2019 passed in
               O.S.No.13 of 2010 on the file of the Court of VI Additional
               District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor, on condition that the
               petitioner/appellant deposits 50% of the decretal sum in the
               Court below within six (6) weeks from date.

                     Issue notice upon the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice upon the respondents by RPAD and file proof of service in the Registry.
