                           1. Whether the suit framed is maintainable under
                               law without adding the other daughter of late
                               Adiyya as party?
                           2. Whether the dismissal of I.A.No.361 of 2011 in
                               A.S.No.41 of 2009 vitiate the judgment of the
                               lower appellate Court?
                      Issue notice to the respondents.
