This application for appointment of an arbitrator is not opposed by

the respondent.

2. Mr. Subramanyam Kurella, learned counsel for the applicant and

Mr. Naumene Suraparaj Karalapalem, learned counsel for the respondent,

have mutually suggested the name of Sri Justice N. R. L. Nageswara Rao,

retired Judge of this Court as an arbitrator.

3. Accordingly, without going into the issues raised in this arbitration

application, Sri Justice N.R. L. Nageswara Rao (Retired) is appointed as an

arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

4. The fee of the arbitrator as well as the other terms and conditions

shall be settled by the parties in consultation with the arbitrator so

appointed.

5. The parties are at liberty to file their respective pleadings before

the arbitrator.

6. Registry will send a copy of this order to Sri Justice

N.R.L.Nageswara Rao (Retired) in his proper address.

7. Accordingly, the Arbitration Application stands disposed of. No

costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
