There shall be interim stay of all further proceedings including execution of the judgment and decree, dated 27.11.2020, passed in M.V.O.P.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - X Additional District Judge, Tirupati, subject to condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate costs and interest to the credit of the above O.P. within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, failing which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
