The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/A-4 in judgment dated 09.11.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2019 on the file of the Court of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District which was imposed in judgment dated 19.12.2018 in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the Court of learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku, West Godavari District alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case. The petitioner shall be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District.
