                           Having       regard   to    the    facts      and

circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree, dated 18.9.2018, in O.S.No.132 of 2014 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, (F.T.C.), Anantapuramu, on condition of the petitioner/appellant depositing 50% of the decretal amount along with costs within a period of six (6) weeks from today. In case the petitioner/appellant fails to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time, the stay shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court.

On such deposit, the respondent/plaintiff shall withdraw 25% of the amount without furnishing any security and balance 25% of the amount by furnishing security to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
