The matter has been called several times by passing it over, for the

presence of the learned counsel for the appellants. However, none appears

for the appellants.

In these circumstances, we have no other option but to dismiss this

writ appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
