The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner in judgment dated 08-11-2021 in Criminal Appeal No.591 of 2017 on the file of learned IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka, which was imposed in judgment dated 16.11.2017 in C.C.No.508 of 2010 on the file of learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka, alone is suspended pending the main Criminal Revision Case on condition of petitioner surrendering before the Court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka.
