There shall be an interim stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the decree and judgment dated 31.12.2020 in M.V.O.P.No.49 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal - cum -III Additional District Judge, Tirupati on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount along with proportionate interest and costs by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
