deceased was working as a driver and at the time of the accident and earning an amount of Rs.4,000/- p.m., as per Ex.A7-Salary Certificate. While submitting that the Claims Tribunal erred in taking the income of the deceased as Rs.2,000/- p.m., he contends that the Claims Tribunal erred in taking the multiplier as '12' instead of '15' in terms of the judgment of Sarla Verma's case(reported in (2009) 6 SCC 121). He also submits that Claims Tribunal ought to have granted future prospects in the light of the judgment in Pranay Sethi's case (reported in 2017 (16) SCC 680) and further that the claimants are entitled to amounts under conventional heads. He submits that the claimants are entitled for enhancement of compensation and the appeal may be allowed accordingly by awarding just and reasonable compensation.
