JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the parties

have settled the matter out of the Court and therefore they want to

withdraw the present appeal. Learned counsel also addressed a

letter on 26-04-2021 to the Registry to the above effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The appeal suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim

order granted earlier stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous

applications, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
