                  WRIT PETITION No.7126 of 2021

ORDER :

The petitioners are theatres which are seeking enhancement of

rate of admission to various classes in the said threatres for release of

"BB3, Bala Krishna, Production No.3, Director Boyapati Sreenu" feature

film. They had given representations for that purpose to the respective

Joint Collectors. However, the said representations have not been dealt

with by the respective Joint Collectors.

2. In view of the said inaction and on account of the directions given

by this Court, earlier, in similar cases, the petitioners have approached

this Court. The petitioners rely upon the judgment, dated 25.07.2019,

passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.9734 of 2019 and batch.

3. In this judgment, the single Judge, after considering all aspects

and following the common order in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and batch had

disposed of the writ petitions permitting the petitioners to collect rate of

admission as mentioned in the representations to the respective Joint

Collectors.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed permitting the petitioners

to collect the rate of admission as mentioned in their representations to

the respective Joint Collectors in relation to the release of feature film

"BB3, Bala Krishna, Production No.3, Director Boyapati Sreenu". There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
