JUDGMENT: (Per UDPR,J)
When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for
the appellant Sri P. Sridhar Reddy would submit that the present
appeal is filed against the order dated 17.11.2003 in H.M.O.P.No.30
of 1999 passed by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore,
granting decree of divorce. Learned counsel would further submit
that the said C.M.A is filed by the wife who is the appellant herein.
Pending appeal, as per his information, the respondent, who is
husband of the appellant, died and hence, the appeal became abated
and orders may be passed.
Recording his submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is
dismissed as abated. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending for
consideration shall stand closed.
