Petition under Order 39 Rr.1 & 2 of CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
grant injunction, restraining the Respondents herein from alienating the Petition
schedule properties mentioned in O.S. No. 24 of 2012, on the file of the IV Additional
District Judge, Kurnool, pending disposal of AS No.318 of 2020, on the file of the High
Court.
