Petition under Order 41 Rule 5 r/w Section 151 CPC praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to
grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the judgment and decree dt.19-03-
2020 in O.S.No.28/ 2015 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge,
Markapur, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, pending disposal of AS No. 320 of
2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the Order of the High Court dated
22.12.2020 and 04-02-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Rolla
Madhavi, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following.
