affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further
proceedings Pursuant to the Judgment and Decree in MVOP No.163 of 2016 dt:09-12-
2019 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum X Additional
District Judge, Tirupati,Chittoor District, pending disposal of MACMA No. 140 of 2027,
on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri U.Ramanjaneyulu,
Advocate for the Appellant, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
"There shall be stay of all further proceedings including execution of
decree dated 09.12.2019 passed in M.V.O.P.No.163 of 2016 on the file of Motor
Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-X Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor
District, on the condition of appellant depositing 50% of the award amount with
interest within six weeks from today."
