WHEREAS the Appellant above named through his Advocate Sri O.MANOHER
REDDY presented this Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC against the order dated
to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Principal District Judge, Kurnool
passed in AS.No.99/2012 dated 20.02.2020 in reversing the judgment and decree of the
II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool passed in OS.No.1046/2008 dated 29.06.2012.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri O.Manoher Reddy,
Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted.
