Heard Mr.Syed Khader Masthan, learned Government Pleader

appearing for the appellants. Also heard Mr.N.Bharat Babu, learned

counsel for the respondents/writ petitioners.

Challenge in this writ appeal is to an order dated 20.12.2018

passed by the learned single Judge in a batch of writ petitions insofar

as it relates to W.P.No.24252 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the appeal preferred by

the State earlier, being W.A.No.263 of 2019, in relation to another writ

petition which was disposed of by the order under challenge, was

dismissed by this Court by an order dated 31.07.2020 and the said

order was also confirmed by an order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in SLP (Civil) No.13575 of 2020 dated 25.11.2020.

In view of the same, this Writ Appeal also stands dismissed in

terms of the order dated 31.07.2020 passed by this Court in

W.A.No.263 of 2019. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand disposed of.
