JUDGMENT:- (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar)


      The present Family Court Appeal is posted today under the

caption "For withdrawal" pursuant to a Memo, dated 22.4.2021,

filed by the appellant.


2.    A perusal of the said Memo would show that the family

disputes between the parties were settled by way of compromise

before the Lok Adalat at Visakhapatnam on 7.11.2020 in

L.S.A.No.502 of 2020 in D.V.C.No.9 of 2012 and accordingly, both

the appellant and the respondent decided to reside separately and

to seek divorce by consent and also agreed for payment of

permanent alimony towards full and final settlement.

3. In view of the aforesaid Memo, this Family Court Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Family Court

Appeal shall stand closed.
