JUDGMENT :        (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C. Praveen Kumar)



      Sri Namavarapu Chanti Babu, learned counsel for the

appellant addressed a letter dated 24.07.2021 to the Registry for

posting of this Appeal for withdrawal, as the 1st respondent

remarried and that the appellant does not want to prosecute the

present appeal.

Sri P. Naga Raju, learned counsel representing Sri

Namavarapu Chanti Babu, learned counsel for the appellant

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal.

In view of the above, the request as sought for is accepted

and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall

stand closed.
