Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, upon perusal of the decrees and judgments of the trial Court as well as the first appellate Court, this Second Appeal is Admitted. The following are the substantial questions of law:
1. Whether the judgments of the Courts below are vitiated by their failure to consider that the appellant and the respondents are not the co- owners?
2. Whether the Courts below are right in accepting the tenance pleaded by the respondents when the same was not suggested to P.W.1?
