               for the appellant. Considering the decrees and
               judgments of the trial Court as well as the first
               appellate Court since the following substantial
               questions of law arise for determination in this
               second appeal, Admit:

                  1. Whether the lower appellate Court committed an
                     error in dismissing the suit for declaration basing
                     on the registered sale deed-Ex.B2, dated
                     26.6.1971 in exercise of its jurisdiction under
                     Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act?

                  2. When customary divorce is pleaded, on whom the
                     burden lies to prove such a fact?

               Dismissal".

                     Issue notice to the respondents to submit
