Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Judgment & Decree
dated 18-02-2020 made in O.S. No. 53 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal
District Judge, Kadapa, Y.S.R. District, pending disposal of AS No. 286 of 2020, on the
file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds
filed in support thereof and the Order of the High Court dated 17-11-2020 made herein
and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V R Reddy Kovvuri, Advocate for the Petitioner,
and the Court made the following
