Petition under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim
injunction in favour of the petitioners in respect of the suit schedule property, pending
disposal of AS No. 135 of 2021 presented to the High Court against the Judgment and
Decree dated 31-12-2019 in OS.Noa.14 of 2013 of the Court of the X Addl. District Jude,
Tirupati.

The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the petition and affidavit
filed herein, and Orders of High Court dated 31-03-2021, 30-04-2021 & 29-06-2021
made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivasa Rao Bodduluri, Advocate
for the Petitioners, the Court made the following

ORDER:

Appellants' counsel states that fresh notice needs to be ordered as against the respondent as he is not served with notice.

Poston 18-08-2021.

Meanwhile, learned counsel for the appellants to serve the fresh notice on the respondent by R.P.A.D and file proof of service.

Interim Order granted earlier is extended till then.
