Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 14.11.2019 in O.S.No.49 of 2016 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Tanuku, subject to the condition of petitioners/appellants depositing 25% of the decretal amount along with interest and costs within a period of six (6) weeks from today, in default, the stay shall stand vacated automatically.
