This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed in the judgment dated 26.11.2019 passed in S.C.No.146 of 2015 on the file of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sentenced on 26.11.2019 and since then he has been languishing in jail. He submits that when the relatives of the petitioners went to the prison to see him, they were informed that the petitioner is not feeling well, as while doing welding work in the prison, his right eye was severely injured and the complete vision of right eye was disabled and there is every chance of spreading the same to the left eye, if he is not treated immediately.

On 05.07.2021 when the matter came up, this Court directed the Assistant Public Prsoecutor to file the medical record of the appellant before this Court.

Today, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor though not file the medical record submits that the petitioner, who is suffering with "Inferior Retinal Detachment with Macro Coff", is advised to undergo surgery for the same and he was referred to Sarojini Eye Hospital, Hyderabad.

Taking into consideration the health condition of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to grant bail for a period of one month.

Hence, the petitioner/A-1 shall be enlarged on bail for a period of one month i.e. from 10.00 a.m. on 15.07.2021 to 15.08.2021, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Vijayawada. The petitioner/A-1 shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Rajahmundry on 16.08.2021.
