affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further
proceedings pursuant to the Judgment and Decree in M.V.O.P No.42. of 2018
dt.12.06.2020 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims. Tribunal -cum-V Additional
District Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District, pending disposal of MACMA No.356 of
2021, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice fo the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why. this application should not be complied with, made the following
order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and perused the
material available on record.
There shall be interim stay of operation of the decree and judgment dated
42.06, 2020 in M.V.O.P.No.42 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident .
Claims Tribunal -- cum -- V Additional District Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa
District, on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount along with
proportionate interest and costs within a period of eight (8) weeks from today."
