                SECOND APPEAL NO.876 OF 2000

JUDGMENT:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that

the sole respondent died and the same was brought to the notice of

this Court through a memo, dated 21.08.2018.

Recording the said submission, the Second Appeal is closed as

abated with a liberty to the appellants to take steps for bringing the

legal representatives of the respondent on record by filing necessary

application to restore the appeal as per law. There shall be no order

as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the

Second Appeal shall stand closed.
