Appeal under Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act, against the Decree and Order
passed by the Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu on 07.02.2020 in H.M.O.P. No.
207 of 2017.

IA NO: 1 OF 2021

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in. support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the
operation of the Judgment and decree dated 07.02.2020 passed in H.M.O.P. No. 207 of
2017 on the file of Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu, pending disposal of CMA 1
of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the appeal and the
memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri
Harish Kumar Rasineni, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following.
ORDER

"Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on respondent and file proof of service in the Registry.

Post after four weeks.

There shall be interim stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2020 passed in H.M.O.P.No.207 of 2017 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu, for a period of six weeks."
