Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the
decree and judgment dated 30-08-2019 made in AS.No. 71 of 2017 on the file of the
court of the VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor, pending disposal of SA.No. 790/2019
on the file of the High Court.

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed
herein, and the orders of the High Court dated. 18-02-2020, 09-09-2020, 20-10-2020
and 02-12-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.V.Muni Reddy,
Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following

ORDER:
