Whereas the Appellant above named through his Advocate Sri T Pradyumna
Kumar Reddy presented this Petition under Section 378 (4) of Cr.P.C, against the
Judgment of acquittal in CC.No. 424 of 2003 on the file of the IV Addl. J.F.C.M.,
Kakinada, dt. 9-2-2007.

And Whereas the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T Pradyumna Kumar Reddy
Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this CRIMINAL APPEAL should not be admitted.
