WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri SAI
GANGADHAR CHAMARTY presented this Petition under Section 115 of C.P.C,
aggrieved by the Order dated 01.12.2020 passed in E.P.No.27 of 2016 in O.S.No.80 of
2011 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty,
Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show
cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
You viz:

are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an
Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum
of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not
be admitted, on or before 08-02-2021, on which date the case stands posted for
hearing.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of
all further proceedings including execution in E.P.No.27 of 2016 in O.S.No.80 of 2011
on the file of the court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, pending disposal
of CRP No. 52 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.
The Court made the following:
ORDER:
"Notice before admission.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice
on the respondent by RPAD and file proof of service.
Post on 08-02-2021.
In the meanwhile, in view of the pendency of I.A.No.746 of 2016 seeking to
set aside the ex parte decree dated 27-07-2015, there shall be interim stay of
further proceedings in E.P.No.27 of 2016 in O.S.No.80 of 2011 on the file of the
Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, on condition of the
petitioners depositing suit costs within a period of one week from today."
