             SECOND APPEAL No.326 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

It is represented by Sri Seelam Venkata Narayana,

learned counsel for the appellant that, the matter is settled

outside of the Court by way of compromise, and in that view

of the same, he seeks to withdraw the present Second

Appeal.

Recording the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications

shall stand closed.
