stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the
respondents not to alienate the suit schedule property to third parties, pending
disposal of AS.No.126/2020 presented to the High Court to allow the Appeal
and by setting aside the judgment and decree dated 21-10-2019 in O.S. No. 261
of 2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Nellore. -~

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and
affidavit filed herein, and Order of High Court dated 27-02-2020, 21-10-2020,
6-11-2020 and 02-12-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri Eerla Satheesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made thé
