First Appellate Court was pleased to dismiss the said First Appeal preferred by the Appellant herein, seeking setting aside the Judgment and Decree dated 31.10.2016 in the O.S. No. 90/2007 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District, duly directing the Defendants to do Specific Performance as prayed for in the said O.S. No. 90/2007.
