affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to stay the execution of the
judgment and decree dated 11.09.2017 in O.S.No. 316 of 2005 on the file of the
Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Kovur as confirmed by Judgment and Decree dated
28.02.2020 passed in A.S.No. 33 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court,
Kovur, pending disposal of S.A. No. 220 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit
filed herein, and Orders of High Court dated 08-09-2020 made herein, and upon
hearing the arguments of Sri Marri Venkata Ramana, Advocate for the Petitioner, the
Court made the following
