WHEREAS the Appellant above named through his Advocate Sri
P.V Vidyasagar, presented this Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC, aggrieved by
the judgment and decree dated 20.08.2014 in A.S.NO.143/2009 on the file of V
Additional District Judge, Nellore, reversing the Judgment and decree dated 20.07.2009
in O.S.NO.114 of 2005 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kavali, and thereby
dismissing his Suit-O.S. No.114/2015.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.V.Vidyasagar, Advocate
for the Petitioner and Sri T.Sreedhar, Advocate for the Respondent No.6, directed issue
of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this SECOND APPEAL
should not be admitted.
