JUDGMENT:

Sri K.Sita Ram, learned counsel for the appellant represents

that this matter is settled outside the Court and requests

permission to withdraw. A memo was also filed by the learned

counsel in this respect.

2. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn,

since adjusted outside the Court. No costs.

3. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
