JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the

notice of this Court that a letter, dated 27.01.2021 is addressed to the

Registry by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that he was

instructed to withdraw the appeal.

Having regard to the contents mentioned in the letter dated

27.01.2021 permission to withdraw the appeal is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as

to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
