of CRLP 493 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

D Narendar Naik Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the
Respondent No.1, the Court made the following.
ORDER: ;
"At request of the learned Public Prosecutor to enable him to download the
voluminous papers that are uploaded along with the judgments that are
uploaded, post the matter finally on 04-02-2021.
Meanwhile, there shall be a direction to the Investigation Officer not to take
any coercive steps against the petitioner, till the next date of hearing."
