all further proceedings, including arrest, in Crl.M.P. 1306/2019, dated. 01-07-2019 on the
file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal including arrest of the petitioner,
pending disposal of Cri.P.No. 5285/2019 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memo of
grounds filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 04-09-2019, 16-10-2019,
14-11-2019, 12-12-2019, 30-12-2019, 23-06-2020, 27-07-2020, 18-08-2020, 08-09-

K.V.G.M.Krishna Rao, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following
