WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate Sri M Vidyavathi presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in not correcting the mutation proceedings in revenue records by incorporating the names of parties who are covered in O.S.No.984 of 1973 and their legal heirs under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (as amended) as bad, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Act and also decree and judgment in

0.S.No.984 of 1973 dt.30-06-1976and also offends Arts.14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and to consequently direct the 3 and 4th Respondents to correct the illegality and impropriety of the mutation made in the revenue records contrary to the judgment and decree dated. 13-06-1976 in O.S.No.984 of 1973 on the file of the Court of Honble Principal District Munsiff, Bhimavaram.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M. Vidyavathi Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
