JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw this Second Appeal. To that effect, he had

filed a letter dated 16.02.2021 before the Registry.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

shall also stand closed.
