      In view of the memo dated 18.02.2021 filed by the learned

counsel for appellant, Sri G. Vijaya Kumar, before the Registry

seeking permission for withdrawal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal,

permission for withdrawal is accorded.

      Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.    As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending for

consideration, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
