_ Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all
further proceedings pursuant to decree and judgment in 0.S.No.49/2020 on the file of
Principal District Judge, Nellore including proceedings in E.P.no.440/2020 in
Q.S.No.49/2012, pending disposal of AS No. 269 of 2020, on the file of the High
Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 03-11-2021 and
08.02.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Subodh, Advocate
for the Petitioner, the Court made the following
